CHEESE WAFERS
3/4 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened 2 cups (8 oz.)shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
Stir together flour, salt and pepper. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat margaine and cheese until very light and fluffy. Stir in cereal. Add flour mixture, mixing until well combined. Drop by rounded measuring-teaspoon onto ungreased baking shets. Flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake at 350, 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Remove immediately from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 5 dozen.
