Microwave Brownies for One

Betty Crocker has these yummie "microrave single" brownies, but they are sort of expensive, and not particularly convenient to store. After some researh, I came up with the following, which make just about the right amount to use the empty Better Crocker brownie cups (9 about 3x3 inches).

2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp biscuit mix (eg bisquick)
1 tbsp egg or egg substitute
about 1 tsp water

Mix, microwave till done, cool somewhat, eat.
