Microwave Brownies
In a 9-inch diameter flat bottomed round microwave dish:
Melt: 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter with 1/4 cup cocoa powder Stir in: 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour Stir in: 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla optional nuts to taste.
Microwave on hight while rotating for about 5 mintues. The top will have just started to puff but be damp beneath the surface.
