Boneless Pork Ribs
rec.food.cooking/Green Monster

fill a six quart crock pot in the following order:

Layer one -- 8-10 (depending on size) red skinned potatos, srubbed and left whole
Layer two -- two medium onions chopped
Layer three -- 4-6 cloves garlic left whole (more or less depending on your preference)
Layer four -- 3-4 zuchinni squash (depending on size) sliced in half lengwise
Layer five -- 1-2 pounds boneless pork ribs

Add approximately one cup of water. Cook on low overnight or for aproximately 10-12 hours.

I do not add spices as onions and garlic make the whole thing taste delicious.
