Hi, Your submissions are always "the cat's meow"!! Help though because I did not have great success with the Chicken Marbella. The olives and the prunes didn't seem to impart flavor to the dish, despite overnight marinating. (The garlic and the oregano came through, but those flavors with the brown sugar didn't click). Any suggestions for my dilemma? The cooked apricots tasted super--I would add more of those next time!!
P.S. I am a fanatical recipe collector and cook, but I have a four year old and a 3-month old, so I have not yet had the opportunity to submit recipes--one day!!!
