Mud and Snow Tire Cake
1 box German Chocolate cake mix, prepared 1/2 jar Mrs.Richardson Carmel Butterscotch topping 1 can Eagle Brand Milk 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed 1 large Heath Bar or Skor Bar, broken in pieces
Bake cake according to directions on box. Mix topping and condensed milk together, blending well. Poke hole in hot cake. Slowly pour topping/milk mixture over hot cake. Cool completely. Spread cool whip over cool cake. Sprinkle candy bar bits on top of cool whip to look like chunks of mud.
* I usually find the carmel-butterscotch topping at Cracker Barrel.
