Lemon Apricot Cake
1 box lemon supreme cake mix by duncan hines 1 cup apricot nectar 3/4 cup oil 4 large eggs 1/2 cup sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, beat eggs in one at a time. Grease a 13x9 pan and pour batter in. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
GLAZE 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar juice of 2 lemons
When cake is done and still quite warm, poke holes in it with the tines of a fork. Blend glaze ingredients well and glaze cake all over.
