Kim, you will not believe this. It is 2 AM and I am sleepy but suffering from insomnia so I decided to turn on the computer and go to kitchenlink and post a request for Pineapple sheet cake :) And lo and behold It's right here. What are the odds of something like this happening? I just had to write you.
