Cottage Cheese Topping for Baked Potato

Cottage cheese, lots of onions, paprika until it turns a beautiful melon color (oh, hot paprika) and enough salt to taste. Mix well and serve over a steaming hot baked potato! of course, in Germany you would probably substitute quark for the cottage cheese, but this way works pretty well.
