Cottage Cheese Delight
From: Kim,La.

1 sm. carton cottage cheese, small curd
1 sm. box lime Jello, sugar free
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
Miniature marshmallows, as desired

Mix dry Jello with cottage cheese until well blended. Add pineapple, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Fold gently to mix. Cool in refrigerator until ready to serve. Other Jello flavors and fruits can be used for variations.
