Creamy Banana Filling
From: Kim,La

3/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. butter

Cook above over medium heat. Stir constantly until very thick, 12-17 minutes. Add 1 mashed banana or 1/4 cup, 3/4 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool stirring occasionally until of spreading consistency.
