Honey Lime Dressing a la Chili's

1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons oil, sesame

Stir ginger into Dijon mustard, mix into remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.

Chili's serves this on their "Caribbean," a salad with mixed greens, teriyaki chicken chunks, pineapple, pico de gallo, and tortilla strips. You can special order it with their "Chicken Frisco," mixed greens with smoked chicken chunks, alfalfa sprouts, chopped hard boiled eggs and tomatoes, and slivered almonds.
