1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks (in juice), undrained 1/2 tsp orange peel, grated 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp ground ginger
Combine pineapple, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange peel with remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Cool.
Serve over ice cream, frozen yogurt, pancakes or waffles. |
