Harvest Rice Source: USA Rice Council Yield: 6 servings 1 cup sliced carrots 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup sliced green onions 2 cups apples, cored, chopped 3 cups cooked brown rice 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup seedless raisins 1 tbsp sesame seeds In large skillet, cook carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add onions and apples. Cook 3-5 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
