Marinated Chicken Breasts
Excellent marinade for boneless or bone-in chicken breasts. I found this recipe in an old copy of Southern Living.
6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/3 cup olive oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 3 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tbsp coarse-grain prepared mustard 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix marinade a pour into a ziplock bag. Add chicken breasts an marinate for two - six hours before grilling.
Serve with rice.
