Sage Bread

1 lb Loaf:

1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 3/4 bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried sage
1 garlic clove minced
1/4 cup onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil.
3/4 cup water

1 1/2 lb Loaf:

2 1/4 tsp. yeast
2 2/3 cup bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1 1/2 garlic clove minced
1/3 cup onion
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. water

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine. Use the regular bread cycle according to bread manufacturing directions.
