Chicken Marinade rec.food.cooking/John David Auwen
This marinade is good for grilling and broiling. Yield: enough for 2 chickens
1 1/2 cups salad oil 3/4 cups soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons dry mustard (I used Colmans) 2 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon coarse ground pepper 1/2 cup wine vinegar with herbs 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes 1/3 cup lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
