Egg and Crab Salad Wrapped Sandwiches

We have the 'wrapped' sandwiches at one of our cafeterias here, but they are wrapped with pita bread. The best one that I have tasted was actually composed of 2 fillings: egg salad and crab salad (imitation crab), with alfalfa spread over and some chopped tomato. After rolling once, the sides are pulled in and then the rolling continues. It is hen cut in half and the tucked in sides prevent the filling from squishing out. We don't dip it in anything because it's more like a sandwich.
