1 pound hamburger 1/2 pound bacon, diced 1 onion, diced 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 Tablespoons molasses (optional) 1/2 cup ketchup 2 Tablespoons vinegar 1 (15 ounce) can of pork and beans 1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans 1 (15 ounce) can of butter beans
Brown in skillet hamburger, bacon, and onion. In a small bowl mix brown sugar, molasses, ketchup and vinegar. Add to the meat in skillet. Mix cans of beans, drained. Cover and set on low simmer for 30-45 minutes. |
