Chili Cheese Dip rec.food.cooking/Jenelle
I love this little mixture. I wouldn't really call it a recipe, but here it is...
1 can of chili, whatever kind you like, with beans, without beans, with meat, whatever 1 can of cream cheese, I get the whipped only because I find it melts faster
Mix ingredients together in a sauce pan and heat over a medium temp. OR Mix ingredients together and pop in the microwave.
Either way, gently mix until all the cream cheese is melted. I serve it with Fritos Corn Chips, the dipping one.
It's always a big hit. It does taste best hot, but many have been known to east it cold. |
