No-fat Italian Sausage rec.food.cooking/Ramone
1 pound pork tenderloin or pork loin roast 1/4 cup dry white wine 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed fennel seeds 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 2 cloves garlic, minced (I use 4)
Coarsely chop pork in food processor with on-off bursts or put through a meat grinder. Thoroughly mix with remaining ingredients. Can be doubled.
