Italian-Style Chicken Breast Sandwich rec.food.cooking/Tom Bonk
Here is a recipe that I enjoy very much. (And it is easy to make)
Wash and dry four chicken breasts.
Tenderize lightly with a meat tenderizer. 1. Dip breast in Italian Dressing 2. Dredge in flour 3. Re-dip in Italian dressing (This makes a glueey substance) 4. Dredge in Seasoned bread crumbs 5. Broil until dark brown on each side 6. Top with pickles, mustard, lettuce, olives, etc. 7. Serve with a toasted bun.
