Carrot Salad Recipe by :Jerry Gilbert Servings : 6
1 cup shredded carrots -- shredded 1/2 cup diced celery -- chopped 1/2 cup apples -- chopped 1/3 cup raisins 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Combine carrots, apples, and raisins; mix well. Add the salt and mayonnaise. Chill and serve on nest of lettuce.
