Tomato-Cheese Crunch Great with garden ripe tomatoes Serves 6
6 medium tomatoes,peeled 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed potato chips
Slice tomatoes 1/2 inch thick.Arrange half of slices in bottom of greased 2 qt.casserole.Spread half the onion & half the cheese over tomatoes,ending with half the chips.Repeat layers ending with remaining chips.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
