Recipe: Juanita's Sweet Potato Pie

Sweet Potato Pie

1 can evaporated milk
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2-3 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of nutmeg or cinnamon
2 unbaked pie crusts

Beat mashed sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
