Oven Fried Chicken:

1 c.Bisquick baking mix
2 tsp.salt
2 tsp.paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
1 fryer,cut up

Line baking pan with foil.Combine above ingredients.Coat chicken.Place in baking pan,skin side down.

Melt 1 stick margarine & pour over chicken.Seal pan with foil or lid & bake in 425 degree oven for 45 minutes.Open foil or take lid off,turn chicken & bake for 15 minutes longer or till juices run clear.
