Frozen Strawberry-Yogurt Pie:
2 containers(8 oz. each)vanilla yogurt 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip 2 c.sweetened diced, sliced or finely chopped strawberries 1 baked 9" graham cracker crumb crust or baked pie shell, cooled
Fold yogurt into Cool Whip,blend well,fold in strawberries. Spoon into crust (Or spoon yogurt mixture & strawberries alternately into crust. Cut through with spatula to marble.) Freeze till firm, 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving & keep chilled in refigerator. Garnish with additional whole strawberries, if desired. Store any leftover pie in freezer. |
