Coconut Macaroons: Yield:Makes about 4 dozen
2 (7 oz.) pkgs.flaked coconut (5 1/3 cups) 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp.almond extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, combine coconut, Eagle Brand Milk & extracts, mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto aluminum foil lined & generously greased baking sheets, garnish as desired.
Bake 8-10 minutes or till lightly browned around edges. IMMEDIATELY remove from baking sheets(they will stick if allowed to cool). Store loosely covered at room temperature.
