Seafood Salad
net.cooks/Ginger Grover (1983)

1 package of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
1 (10 oz) package of frozen peas
finely chopped celery, at least a cup
finely chopped onion, to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped pimento
1/4 cup of chopped sweet pickles or pickle relish
1 cup of Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/2 pound of fresh crab*
1/2 pound of fresh shrimp*

*canned seafood is NOT recommended for this recipe

Prepare the macaroni and cheese. Cook and drain the peas, and add them to the macaroni and cheese. Add the celery, onion, pimento and pickles. Mix in the salad dressing.

At this point, you can add the crab and shrimp and serve. However, the salad tastes better if you first refrigerate it overnight (in a sealed container, like Tupperware), then add the crab and shrimp before serving.
