Source: National Watermelon Promotion Board

3 cups watermelon juice*
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup lime juice

The French call it granite; the Italians call it granita. In any language, a refreshing finale for any meal!

In large shallow pan, stir all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved; place pan in freezer. Stir watermelon mixture every 20 minutes until frozen, about 2 hours. Cover; store in freezer. To serve, break mixture up with fork. Makes 4 servings.

*In blender, process chunks of seeded watermelon until liquefied.
