Maple Apple Muffins Recipe by: CAMP Maple Syrup Yield: 12 muffins 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup 100% pure maple syrup, 1 1/2 cups apples, peeled, diced 3 cups flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg Preheat oven to 350.
Cream eggs and margarine in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add Maple Syrup and apples. Mix well.
Sift in dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
