I think this is best for cool weather, but I love it!!!
Melissa's Beef Stew
V-8 juice (1 can) Beef Broth (14.5 oz) 1/4 cup red wine 1 cup water McCormick Beef stew seasoning (1.5 oz) 1 Tbsp beef boulin 1 Tbsp Montreal Steak seasoning 1.5 lbs stew meat 4 baking potatoes, cut up 1 can peas 1 can carrots
Combine everything except peas and carrots in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours and add the peas and carrots no more than 2 hours before serving so they don't get too mushy. I'd place them in the begining if using fresh veggies.
