BBQ Ribs

Ribs (with bone is best)
Salt
Pepper
McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
Emeril's Original Essence
Water
BBQ Sauce

Preheat oven to 250. Sprinkle ribs liberally with Salt, pepper, Steak seasoning and essence all over. Place one rack in tin foil, all about 1/4 cup water and seal foil tightly. Repeat for as many racks that you are having. Place in oven and cook for 3-4 hours. Got to warn you, will smell out of this world.

Remove from foil, reseason and place on BBQ grill for 10-15 mins on each side. Lightly slather with your favorite bbq sauce, be careful not to wipe off spices. Cook another 5-15 minutes depending on how you like the bbq sauce cooked and enjoy!!!!!
