For 1.5 machine
2 1/8 cups bread flour 1 1/8 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 3 Tbsp. dry milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 5/16 water 1 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
Make this on the manual setting.
Divide dough into 18 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
Place on a lightly floured surface. Cover with a plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.
Shape each ball as desired, in a ring, twisted, or in an oval shape. Place on a greased baking pan.
Proof at 90 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until nearly doubled. Deep fry the doughnuts in 360 degree F. oil until golden brown. Let cool.
Garnish with your choice of toppings.
If desired, cut a whole on one end of the doughnut and fill with jelly or your favorite filling.

3 oz. semi sweet chocolate, melted 1/2 cup blanched almonds, chopped 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup whipped cream 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
