These spicy beets add the sparkle of spring to any meal. The good honey-mustard sauce makes them almost deviled. They're a natural served with ham. Or for a speedy supper, team them with broiled Canadian bacon slices.
Nippy Beets: Serves 4
In a saucepan blend:
3 Tbls. butter or margarine 2 Tbls. prepared mustard 1 Tbls. honey 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce add salt to taste
Heat mixture just to boiling, remove saucepan from heat.
Spoon sauce over 2 cups hot drained cooked beets, stir to glaze.
