Company Carrots: Serves 8
5 c. sliced carrots 1 c. sour cream 1(3 oz.) pkg.cream cheese,softened 3 Tbls. minced green pepper 2 Tbls. sliced green onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Cook carrots covered in a small amount of boiling salted water till tender,about 8 minutes.Drain well.
In saucepan,combine sour cream,cream cheese,green pepper,green onion,salt & lemon peel,stir in the cooked carrots.Heat through.
