Potatoes In Lemon Sauce Serves 6
2 lbs. small new potatoes 1/4 c. butter 1 Tbls. lemon juice 1 Tbls. snipped green onion tops or chives dash pepper dash nutmeg 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Pare potatoes, cook in boiling salted water, covered till done, about 30 minutes. Drain & set aside.
In small saucepan, heat butter with next 4 ingredients. Pour over potatoes, coating each potato well. Sprinkle with grated lemon peel.
