Squash Chips:

Acorn squash
salt
ginger

Peel & seed squash.Slice tissue papper thin as for potato chips.Soak in ice water for 1 hour.Drain & pat dry.Fry in deep hot peanut oil at 360 degrees till brown.Drain on paper towels,sprinkle with salt & ginger.
