The Calcium Crunch Breakfast Treat Source: Women's Circle, Home Cooking Cookbook Serves 4
2 c. plain, non fat yogurt 3 c. melon, cut in cubes 3 c. berries 1/2 c. Grapenuts cereal
For each serving: Place 1/2 cup of yogurt in a cereal bowl. Sprinkle 2 Tbls. of Grapenuts on top of yogurt. Top with 1 1/2 cups of fruit (or place fruit in bowl first and top with yogurt and Grapenuts). (175 calories per serving)
