Shrimp & Rice Casserole:
Serves 8

"The dill makes the difference."

1 c.rice,cooked & drained
1/2 lb.sharp cheddar cheese,grated
2 c.cooked shrimp
4 eggs,separated
3/4 c.milk
1/4 tsp.pepper
1/4 tsp.onion salt
1/4 tsp.dill weed

Mix rice,cheese(reserve some cheese for top)& shrimp.

Mix egg yolks & milk,combine with shrimp mixture.Season with pepper, onion salt & dill weed.

Beat egg whites stiff & fold in.Turn into greased 2 quart casserole.Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
