Yogurt Marinade Yield: 1 1/2 cups Use this creamy marinade on chicken or lamb.
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 envelope instant chicken broth 1 c. unflavored yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1 Tbls. bottled chili sauce 2 Tbls. chopped fresh mint or 2 tsp dried mint
Place fennel seeds, cardamom, ginger & instant chicken broth in small bowl. Crush seeds against side of bowl with back of wooden spoon.
Add yogurt, milk, chili sauce & mint, stir to mix. Marinate meat for several hours.
