Benihana Magic Mustard Sauce
Yield: 2/3 cup
Also good with chicken & shrimp.

1/4 cup dry mustard
2 Tbls. cold water
3 Tbls. heavy cream
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbls. toasted sesame seeds,crushed
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Mix mustard with water & cream in a small bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds & lemon rind. Mix till smooth.
