Cranberry Orange Muffins (WW pt=2) alt.support.diet.weightwatchers/Michelle (2002) Makes: 12 muffins, 2 WW pts each
1 1/4 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 2 egg whites 1/3 cup corn syrup 1 tsp orange zest (peel, grated) 1 cup cranberries
As with all muffins, mix wet in one bowl, dry in another, add wet to dry and stir until just moist. Bake in paper-lined or sprayed muffin pans at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
