Creamy New Potato Salad: Serves 8-10
1 c.low fat yogurt 1 c.Ott's Creamy Buttermilk Dressing 1 Tbls.Dijon mustard 1/4 c.dill weed,dried 8 c.small red,new potatoes,cooled & quartered 1 c.green bell peppers,diced fine 1 c.red onion,minced 1 c.celery,finely sliced salt & pepper to taste
In large bowl,combine low fat yogurt & dressing with Dijon mustard & dill weed.
Add potatoes,green pepper,red onion & celery & toss to combine.
Add salt & pepper to taste.Cover & chill well.
