Chicken In Nectar:
Serves 4
Source:Creative Cooking,Poultry.

1 pkg.French onion soup mix
2 c.canned apricot nectar
1 tsp.salt
pinch of pepper
3 lbs.chicken pieces

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine onion soup mix,apricot nectar,salt & pepper in bowl.Stir till well blended.

Place chicken in casserole dish.Pour sauce on top.Cover & bake for 1 hour.Remove cover & bake 30 minutes longer or till chicken is very tender.
