Dear Mickey: I just wrote a note to you

Under the recipe for the Chicken with Nectar that it is such a great recipe and so easy. Mickey as I am not North American and my native language is Spanish there are somethings that I must confess that I dont understand. The abbreviations in your message about the owners of the cookbooks, what does it mean? I think all your recipes are great, and I really appreciate that you take your time for sharing them with us. I also love cookbooks and as I am a lady of a certain age, some of my cookbooks are quite old. I also am so lucky as to have my mothers cookbooks.
