some recipes in my collection. I have old newspaper clippings and now with the Internet I browsw on all the sites that provide recipres. I copy them in computer disks and have them sort of organized. It is a wonderful hobbie for a retired lady like me.
Regarding the broccoli in the casserole; the thruth is that I use frozen broccoli (birds eye) but fresh broccoli is supposed to be perfect because of the benefits for our health. Then what we should do is to blanch it until the color changes and is al dente. Then you can use it as the frozen one and will have the added benefits of an anti-cancer vegetable.
