I'm going to make it for our carry in lunch tomorrow at work! I have a Broccoli Casserole that I make but it has rice in it...so I thought the noodles sounded like a nice change.
Collecting recipes sounds like a wonderful hobby at any age. And you seem to do it very well! I will be glad when I get to that point in life to relax and enjoy my hobbies....but right now there never seems to be enough hours in the day1
