Fast and Easy Corn Pudding
1 can creamed corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 package corn muffin mix 3 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup sugar 8 oz sour cream pinch of cinnamonBlend all ingredients , fold in the sour cream and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake 350 for 45 min. It can be served also as muffins, and the time will be around 35 to 40 minutes of baking.
