SAUTEED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS
1 tb olive oil 1/4 lb sliced portobello mushrooms 1/2 tsp lemon juice or Real lemon salt and ground pepper or Tabasco Pinch of Oregano 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced cilantrillo, chopped, to taste
Sauté the mushrooms in the olive oil. Add the lemon, cilantrillo and garlic cloves, and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes or until just tender. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Serve as a side dish.
